Description The data file is in the format for CONVERT, a conversion program. The data include all N=507 individuals used at the start of the analyses and are pre-analysis of identical MLGs or clustering (see publication for details on analysis progression). There are 7 microsatellite loci and individuals are separated into populations (which are 12 individual hosts, ie infrapopulations).
