Description "collapse_trails.m" is MatLab code used to test the resistance and resilience of simulated incipient species pairs to disturbance. "select6t_sc.m", "mateD6kt_sc.m", and "checkspec.m" are functions called by "collapse_trials.m". Files beginning in "rs" are the simulated incipient species pairs used in the published study. Alternatively, new simulated incipient species can be generated by modifying "collapse_trials.m".
