Description The following file contains data for parasite transmission rate (column: Beta), instantaneous host birth rate (column: b) according to host population (column: Population) isofemale line (column: iso-f line), whether the isofemale line were collected before or after the parasite epidemic (column: Epidemic, 0 is before the epidemic, 1 is after the epidemic) and whether or not the population exhibited a resistance trade-off (i.e., a positive relationship between b and Beta; column: Trade-off)
