Description This data includes binomial presence observations for i) wolves, coyotes, gray foxes, and red foxes over weekly intervals, ii) binomial presence observations for white-tailed deer and lagomorphs over daily intervals, and iii) associated site covariates as described in Clare et al. The observations arise from remote camera sampling in central Wisconsin, and rows index specific camera stations. Note that continuous land-cover covariates (drawn form the 2011 NLCD) have been scaled to have mean 0 and sd 0.5; local trail covariates are all entered as binary variables.
