Description This file contains all data needed to reproduce the study, including the values of rarity metrics (i.e. local abundance, geographic range, habitat breadth, and the integrative measure of rarity vs. commonness - RIi) and functional traits for each species (i.e. 395 stream fish from the Brazilian Amazon, 262 rainforest trees from French Guiana, and 86 birds from the Australian Wet Tropics). The file also includes data on species presence/absence across local assemblages. Description of abbreviations are provided as a metadata sheet.
