(2011, Biol J Linn Soc; Table 2) are given as _Aeolian_number. Codes of haplotypes taken from Stroscio et al. (2011, J Zool Syst Evol Res; Table S1) are given as _Sicily_number. GenBank accession is indicated in pre-script.
