Description This zip file contains the following data: (i) "oocyst and egg.txt" contains data used to analyse the oocyst rate and intensity as well as egg incidence, (ii) "survival 7 dp.txti" was used ti analyse mosquito survival until 7 day-post infection, (iii) "sporozoite index.txt" was used to analyse sporozoite rate at 14 day post-infection, (iv) "survival 14 dpi.txt" was used to analyse mosquito survival until 14 days post-infection, (v) "sporozoite temporal dynamic.txt" was used to analyse the parasite extrinsic incubation period, and (vi) "longevity.txt" was used to analyse the effect of plant treatment on the longevity of infected and uninfected control mosquitoes.
