Description Phylogenetic reconstruction of four representatives of the species complex Cloeon dipterum s.l., including C. peregrinator, based on the exon sequences of the eight newly developed nuclear DNA markers (2,526 base pairs). Bayesian inference was used to reconstruct the tree based on the concatenated supermatrix alignment.
