Description Page 1 contains the raw TEV accumulation data generated by qPCR. Page 2 contains the average malthusian parameter estimated for each double mutant (with SEM) and the corresponding pair of single mutants. Page 3 contains the fitness (W) values for each genotype and the computation of epistasis coefficients. Page 4 evaluates the inequalities for sign and reciprocal sign epistases.
