'metaanalysis performance data' gives extracted values for each performance parameter in each region for each test, 'best.comparison data' gives single best measure of relative beyond-range performance for each test along with RLvsNL designation and test-specific data, and '>1Bsite.paired' includes only tests with >1 Beyond-range transplant site, gives best measure of relative performance calculated for B site closest to range limit (RL) and B site farthest from RL
