Description Expression-QTL genes under leaf nitrate reductase activity QTL. Markers within the nitrate reductase activity QTL region were used to select markers that had significant linkage to expression differences in genes that mapped to the same chromosomal bin. The MZ_IDs for the array oligonucleotides have only been mapped to bin in the B73 Refgen1 sequence, not to the exact genomic location, so some of these eQTL may not be within the nitrate reductase activity QTL region within that bin.
