Description The Roshal ARchive (RAR) contains the genotype and the phenotype of this study. Association analysis was conducted by the PLINK software using the “Basic case/control association” test after affinity adjustment. Pearson Chi-square test was used for significance testing, and then Bonferroni correction was used to adjust for multiple comparisons. The R programming codes were used to generate the Manhattan plot of genome wide P values.
