Description Average spheroid spread (across 3 replicate lines) for selection lines under high and low resource supply over 12 weekly transfers. Spreading was measured 72 hours after adhesion of the spheroid, and in the selective environment for each line (i.e. the motility of the low resource supply line was measured in low resource medium).
