Description This file contains transcriptome-wide expression plots in control (blue) and Dicer KO animals (red) for mRNA (left panels) and pre-mRNA. The two time series are plotted together in the same graph (vertical lines connect the data points from the two series). Abscissas show Zeitgeber Time, left ordinates RPKM values, right ordinates raw read number only normalised to sequencing depth in the samples. The organisation into folders A-P corresponds to the sectors in the Venn diagram shown in Figure 4A.
