Description This archive contains 648 double channel TIFF images of wild-type Drosophila embryos that have undergone fluorescent in situ hybridisation for 32 pairwise combinations of pair-rule gene and segment-polarity gene transcripts. Most embryos are between mid-stage 5 and early stage 7. Images are 1024x1024 pixels, and were collected on a Leica SP5 confocal microscope. The unpacked archive is 5.15 GB.
