Description For each dataset (reference dataset, MSA and YVE populations ) are given the individual genotypes obtained using five microsatellite markers (Ac 127, Ac 170, Ac 418, Ac 476 and Ac 528). The assignment to known mitochondrial lineage using COI sequences is also indicated.
