Description This file contains a table with 11 columns: (1) Date (coded as an integer numbers, for each group the date of the first interaction is set to 0), (2) Group (a unique integer for each group), (3) Winner (individual that won the interaction; note that individuals are coded as an integer numbers that are group-specific), (4) Loser (individual that lost the interaction), (5) hybrid_w (a floating point number that quantifies the estimated degree of anubis ancestry of the winner) , (6) hybrid_l (the estimated degree of anubis ancestry of the loser), (7) Age_w (the winner’s age in years), (8) Age_l (the loser’s age in years), (9) Lag_day_w (the number of days since the last observed agonistic encounter of the winner), (10) Lag_day_l (the number of days since the last observed agonistic encounter of the loser), (11) aggr_index (the estimated aggression intensity index). Each row represents an observated interaction.

Title R script for running the extended Elo rating model

Description This file contains the R code to fit the extended Elo model and plot k values. The code requires as input the file ‘ago_data.csv’ and the provided code needs to be modified to insert the correct path where this file was saved. The implemented plotting requires the R library ggplot2.
