Title MTX toxicity measurements
Description The file contains fecundity measurements for females dosed with methotrexate using the DSPR panel of recombinant inbred lines and an ABcross design (see http://FlyRILs.org for details about the DSPR and the cross design). There are 3 replicate measures for each cross. Column names are as follows: patRIL: paternal RIL number matRIL: maternal RIL number mtx1: replicate 1 fecundity mtx2: replicate 2 fecundity mtx3: replicate 3 fecundity SP: subpopulation 12 = paternal pA1 x maternal pB2, 21 = paternal pA2 x maternal pB1 chWeek: Week (block effect) Condo: rearing condo (connected set of Drosophila vials 6 x 8)
