Description Phylogenetic relationships between expanse and margin morphs of Sphagnum magellanicum using a maximum likelihood analysis in RAxML. The tree is rooted with the outgroup species, S. fallax. The two morphs form reciprocally monophyletic lineages with 100% bootstrap support. Branch support higher than 50 is shown.

Title The FASTA file of concatenated SNPs

Description The alignment file used to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of the plants representing the two morphs using maximum likelihood (ML) analysis in RAxML. SNPs were concatenated and converted to FASTA format (4274 SNPs). The sequence data corresponding to the SNP locations on the reference genome of S. fallax was extracted using a custom R script to be used as outgroup.
