Description Field estimates of selection on offspring size in Watersipora subtorquata. Treatment refers to the environment in which colonies grew (1 = no competition, 2 = intermediate competition, 3 = intense competition), column A is standardised offspring size, column Z is standardised zooid size, column S is standardised colony senescence. Fitness is the sum of reproduction across the entire experimental period.
