Description This zipped file consists of four folders. The first folder forcemaps contains all the trajectory data as well as functions used to calculate the forcemaps. The second folder models contains code used to visualize the decision boundaries as predicted from theory. The folder simulation contains materials needed to reproduce all the numerical simulations of schooling behavior. The folder tracefitters has all the code needed to fit velocity traces.
