Description The group pulled probabilities of locations with pain or discomfort during running (left) and cycling (right) tasks in 5 temporal windows in a given sample (n = 11) are observed in the first sheet of excel and is named Fig.2.The following 22 sheets of excel, provide a data matrix of 11 participants who performed two tasks cycling and running. The last letter of each participants' data matrix is identified by the abbreviation of the used equipment - bike (b) or treadmill (t). Row headers identifies 50 body locations of the body map while column headers identifies the number of the obtained prompt. All locations for each participant were transformed to binary vectors, where 1 means presence of discomfort and/or pain, and 0 – no discomfort or pain, in order to obtain the time series with topological configuration of the perceived discomfort and/or pain areas while performing the constant cycling and running tasks.
