Description The file contains 15-locus microsatellite genotypes from greenlip abalone (Haliotis laevigata) sampled across SE Australia. Alleles are based on fragment length, and genotypes are provided as two columns for each locus (one column for each allele). Data are supplied in three spreadsheets; genotypes of adults, genotypes of juveniles and lat/long of collection sites.
