Description Genotypes of 5979 SNPs for the 281 bank voles described in the manuscript. Bank voles were collected in Ireland. SNPs were identified using GBS (genotyping by sequencing), in conjunction with the UNEAK pipeline (part of Tassel) and a Perl script to call genotypes in a max likelihood framework.
