Title SNP genotypes
Downloaded 2 times
Description 327 individuals from 6 localities were genotyped for a set of 81 (1 mitochondrial and 80 nuclear) genic, species-informative single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). Individuals per line containing information of Locality, Population code, Individual identifier (ID), Sampling year, Species, and 81 loci. Genotyped loci are as follow: First marker is haploid, mitochondrial locus ND2_2, single allele shown in one column. Each following diploid locus presents two columns with biallelic information.
