Title External validation data for leopard resource selection function, South Africa, 2002-2012
Description For each of the 10 external validation sets, a Spearman's rank correlation is run between the observed number of locations and the ordinal rank of the corresponding RSF bins, and a linear regression between observed and expected number of locations in each bin is run to assess the predictive ability of the RSF.
