Description This zipped folder contains the input files for molecular phylogenetic analyses performed on sequences of Porpidia albocaerulescens s.l. This includes the following: 1) inputs for maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference analyses of an nrITS dataset, 2) inputs for maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference analyses of an mtSSU dataset, and 3) inputs for supplemental analyses of the same dataset with an additional sequence from GenBank that was added after the initial submission of the manuscript.
