Description FASTA files of filtered Illumina NGS reads for both sequencing runs, for both Bat Cave and Finsch's Folly bulk bone pools, and bulk bone powder sub-samples (extracts). MB numbers in the file names refer to the extract (see Supplementary Information Table IV in the online version of the article for details regarding which extracts were sub-sampled from the same bulk bone pool). These are all the sequence reads, not just unique reads.
