Description File containing bird ID, hip height, body mass, time of each step, position, gait ID, relative speed (vel_norm), relative step frequency (stepFreq_Norm), relative step length (stepLength_Norm) and energy phase for all recorded steady steps, walk to run transitions and run to walk transitions. (Note the 'gait_ID' column is only in the steady data, not the gait transitions. 1=walk and 2 = run, based on the gait metric described and used in the manuscript).
