Description This datafile contains the data from the yeast experiment in which three strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain Y55 were mixed together (non-labeled spores, GFP and BFP vegetative cells), then grown with limited carbon. FACS generated counts of cells (and calculated cells/mL) were reported for each sample at the beginning and end of the experiment.
