Title Tandaus tandanus microsatellite calls

Description This data file includes catchment, water body (location) and latitude and longitude information for each sample used in this study. A total of eight microsatellites were genotyped for each sample, using markers developed by Rourke et al. (2010) specifically for freshwater catfish (Tandanus tandanus). Samples from Cardross Lake, Tahbilk Lagoon, Amphitheatre Reservoir, Centenary Reservoir and samples 865-875 from the Wimmera population have been genotyped previously (Rourke and Gilligan 2010). These samples were re-genotyped for this study due to difficulties calibrating the raw reads between the two studies.
