Description These data were collected from a microcosm experiment conducted at Yale University in April 2013. The data are presented in a Microsoft Excel format with four worksheets; one metadata worksheet and three data worksheets. The main data worksheet includes count data across sampling dates for phytoplankton and zooplankton and the final biovolume and biomass density estimates used in the published report. The other two data worksheets contain the raw data on individual phytoplankter and zooplankter linear measurements used to calculate average biovolume and biomass.
