Title Ficetola_et_al_MER
Downloaded 32 times
Description This file contains earthworm sequences obtained from extracellular soil DNA, sampled in 12 plots in Vercors moutain range (Northern French Alps). Primers ewDE (Bienert et al. 2012, Molecular Ecology), targeting a short region on the mitochondrial 16S gene, were used for amplification. Amplicons were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing (Illumina HiSeq 2000).
