For each clone sequence, the descriptive information includes 1) the OTU this sequence belongs to; 2) the closest GenBank accession number; 3) the soil source treatment where the sequence is obtained; 4) the inoculum source treatment where the sequence is obtained; 5) the exact sample replicate where the sequence is obtained.

These measurements include 1) plant total dry weight (gram); 2) total arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization rate (%); 3) percentage of roots colonized by arbuscules (%); 4)external AM hyphal lengths (meter per gram of soil); 5) mycorrhizal growth response of plants; 6) ratio of N:P contents in plant tissues.
