Description Nexus file of aligned DNA sequence data representing two mitochondrial gene fragments, 16S (bases 1-604) and CO1 (bases 605-1262) obtained for 235 frog specimens collected along the Eastern Cordillera of the Colombian Andes, South America. Alignments were accomplished using default settings in the software package, MUSCLE (Edgar, 2004).
