Description Raw results of the Metschnikowia reukaufii growth experiments, involving replica-plating the five strains in experimental media with and without 5-Azacytidine, and differing also in sugar composition (sucrose, glucose or fructose) and sugar concentration (20%, 30%, 40% or 50%). Colony growth was scored on an ordinal scale from 0 (no growth) to 4 (maximum growth, thickest and broadest colony) on days 2, 7, 12 and 17 after plating.
