Description This file contains the traits measured in the third generation (S3) of the experiment. The column headers were chosen to be self-explaining. The second column, titled "transgen_temp", displays the sequence of temperature treatments across generations (S1-S2-S3). Due to the treatment having been scheduled to start of bolting, the block association changed with start of the treatment. Therefore, two blocking factors, block_before_flowering" and "block_after_flowering", are provided. The first is to be used in models for the early traits "diameter_day20" and "bolting_day", the second for the late traits "reproductive_biomass" and "average_seed_size".
