Description Seed retrieval data of feeding trials with eight individual mallards in the five experimental treatments. This file reports individual mallard, date of feeding trial, experimental treatment (0=resting, 1=floating, 2-4=swimming at increasing speed), swimming speed (m/s), retention time (hours after feeding), seed species name, number of seeds retrieved per hour and seed size (length in mm).
