Title Fish and environmental data on Sagami River (1993-99)

Description Presence-absence of 18 fish species obtained from a monitoring program conducted in the Sagami River basin in Japan by the Kanagawa Prefectural Fisheries Technology Center, Freshwater Experimental Station. Various explanatory variables (geographic, hydrologic, sampling, spatial) are also included for modeling species distributions.
