Description Using ribosome profiling, we identified novel translated ORFs in annotated ncRNAs and pseudogenes in Arabidopsis thaliana. We searched other 15 plant genomes to examine if the novel protein sequences are conserved. The 19 fasta files contain amino acid sequence alignments of each novel ORF and their homologs. The distance.py file is a python script file for calculation of sequence identity among the homologs.
