Measurements were made by John Orcutt unless otherwise indicated; some were taken from published sources and some were identified and measured by Joshua Samuels (JXS). 2LPL = second lower premolar length, 3LPL = third lower premolar length, 4LPL = fourth lower premolar length, 1LML = first lower molar length, 2LML = second lower molar length, 3LML = third lower molar length, 2UML = second upper molar length; measurements given in millimeters.
