Title Simulated metacommunities

Description For each speciation scenario, each folder contains characteristics of each metacommunity simulated. Each file is a R binary object stored as a list with 5 elements: $tree: the phylogenetic tree of extant species in 'phylo' format ; $land: a raster map of the climatic variable; $niche: the mean niche of each species ; $meta: an array that identifies the species each individual in the metacommunity belongs to (NAs are empty slots), which dimensions are (landscape length, landscape width, carrying capacity in each pixel) ; $Res gives the parameter used to simulate each metacommunity.
