Description Microsoft Excel workbook with data used in the evaluation of methods to combine proxy data across multiple survey sites within a single population of Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) and then calibrate to mark-recapture estimates of total population size. Each sheet contains a given population’s mark-recapture point estimate and standard error through time. The peak count recorded during at various sites (s1, s2, …) within the population are also given. Fractional peak counts were imputed from a longer time series of counts that extends beyond the years mark-recapture studies were performed.
