Description cel (Cell intensity file) -Raw Tag4 affy data files for each biological replicate at each dose (3 biological replicates, 3 doses). Contains a single intensity value for each probe cell delineated by the grid (calculated by the Cell Analysis algorithm). These files should be used for other programs to analyze the data.
