F: Pedigree-based inbreeding coefficient. MLH: Mean heterozygosity across 160 microsatellite markers. hi_*: 160 columns with heterozygosity data at each of 160 microsatellite markers, with 0=homozygous, 1=heterozygous, NA=unknown.
