Title 1000 Salamander Chronograms
Downloaded 19 times
Description Posterior distribution of 1000 (post burnin) Bayesian chronograms including 516 salamander taxa. Analysis was performed in BEAST and based on 7401 character states derived from seven protein-coding genes: three mitochondrial (Co1, Cytb, ND2) and four nuclear (BDNF, Pomc, RAG1, Slc8a3). See paper and Supplemental Appendix 1 for details.
