Title Gene expression data of inbred and outbred zebra finches

Description Microarray expression signal intensity (log2 signal intensity) at 10695 genes in male and female, inbred and outbred (control), zebra finches (in total 40 individuals). RNA was extracted from full telencephalon of 10 days old birds. Gene location is given as autosomal or sex-linked.
