Title real_trees

Description For each cleaned alignment an MCMC sample was obtained using PhyloBayes. For each family we subsequently sampled reconciled gene trees using ALEsample. For each ALEsample sample we computed "real" trees for each gene family by finding the tree that maximised conditional clade probabilities based on the sample.
