Description This file compiles as each entry a boat encounter by either a WA or a BBA. As indicated in the file name, an encounter has been defined as a series of consecutive locations remaining within 30km of a boat with no interruptions of more than 4 locations (Time To Return value). It allows computation of the probability to attend a boat (sittin within 3km), time remaining around boats or the average distance when attending.
