Title Alignment of 28S rRNA gene sequences

Description The 28S rRNA gene sequences of Romanian niphargids obtained in the course of this study were aligned with other niphargid 28S sequences present in GenBank. Some individuals had more than one sequence type, hence the suffixes a, b and c appended to their names. Sequences were aligned using MAFFT's E-INS-i option.
